What I Built
Facebook Lead Ads → Zapier webhook → GHL contact creation → instant SMS + email sequence → auto-assign to agent by territory → missed-call text-back → 7-day nurture sequence with property recommendations.

The Problem

What I Built
Full API migration via Make — mapped all custom fields, preserved deal history, rebuilt all Pipedrive automations natively in HubSpot. Then built a 3-step reactivation sequence targeting the cold 1,400.

What I Built
Unified all lead sources into Follow Up Boss via API and webhooks. Built UTM tagging + source attribution system. Created Make scenario that pulls conversion data back to Google Ads for smart bidding. Live dashboard in Google Sheets.
